Payment options:

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and bank transfers.

When your order is submitted, we will check our stock for the items you have chosen, and will assess how long it will take to make the items that are not in stock (if you have chosen any).

Please note that items made to order can take up to 3 weeks to make. We usually try to get them done sooner but please allow for the production time.

For retailers

It will take us from 2-4 weeks to supply the order, depending on quantity. Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to you with estimated time of arrival and the shipping and insurance costs.

After the production is finished, we will notify you and send through email a proforma invoice with the total sum and shipping costs, and you can choose your preferred method of payment.

Upon receiving the payment, we will ship your order immediately.
