We love what we do and we love creating timeless pieces of silver jewelry that make people happy, but we know that things can go wrong.

We make our best efforts to keep our customers happy, but if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it — no questions asked.

Instructions/Conditions for returning an item:

• • Items must be returned within 14 days from the day you received them.
  • Items can be returned by regular or registered airmail ONLY.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • The refund will be made immediately upon receipt of the item in our offices and our inspection of it.
  • Returns and exchanges will incur a 5% cancellation fee or 30 USD (whichever is lower) + shipping fee that will be deducted from the original selling price.
  • The refund will be made to your PayPal account (Shipping costs will not be refunded).

To Exchange an item for another please contact Zanfeld Jewellery first, so we can make sure the item you want is in stock and waiting for you. Then simply follow the above steps.

Please note:

• You will not be charged a second time for shipping.
• You will only be charged for the difference in cost between the jewels, if applicable.
